I LOVE THIS PRODUCT, I JUST HAD TO PLUG IT IN AND SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN WORKING PERFECTLY, I NEVER LOSE CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET SO YOU NEVER STOP PLAYING ON XBOX LIVE, IT ABSOLUTELY WORTHS ITS PRICE!!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT EVEN THOUGH IT IS PRICY, BUT I GOT IT HERE FOR HALF ITS PRICE.

The wireless adaptor replaced my wired connection to my Linksys router network and has worked without issue. It was relatively easy to set up -- the most difficult being going through the Xbox live on-line menus to tell it to use the wireless network to connect to, which is a piece of cake. It required no actual setting changes whatsoever. It worked from the get go and there has been no issue with interference and no gameplay change from the hard line connection. We were able to get rid of the network cable and since we moved the router to another room since then with no connection problem it was well worth the price not to have to run wire through the house and walls. Highly recommended.

Bought this for my husband because I'd rather not deal with him having to run wires through the walls, and having to see a bunch of wires everywhere. Network adapter works perfectly, easy to set up, and easy on the eyes (no wires!)

First I like to say how XBOX brags on how much cheaper they are to the PS3. ONE WORD, Totally untrue! Of course I had to purchase the 360 to find out. Co'mon $100 for a wireless adapter, when ps3 is built in. I'm sure it cost them like $10 from China to produce. If you must purchase one, buy the LINKSYS!!! I got it on sale at Best Buy for only $50 and it works with any game console, not just the XBOX. The XBOX WIFI does not have it's own power supply, it has to get it from the hardware itself, causing it to heat up even more. As if you needed to get it any hotter then it already is, especially with it's hardware problems.

When you add the adapter to the 360 premium system, that's $500 right there!!! Don't the PS3 sell theirs for $500 also, but it also has a Blu-ray player and free online.

MICROSOFT stop lying to the consumers and nickel and diming us!!!

This device is made specifically for the Xbox360, so it works great for the system. I had thought about getting an alternative wireless adapter to save a few bucks, but decided against it. I figure setup and compatibility won't be an issue with this device and will probably be less of a headache. You can't go wrong with using this for the X360. Happy gaming!!!

This wireless adapter is very reliable and convenient. I haven't had any sort of problem with it. It receives the signal of my wireless internet perfectly.

Works great, makes the Xbox 360 so much better, I have streaming music and pictures from my PC. Pictures show up much better then picture CDs in your DVD player. If you get Xbox Live, the gaming is amazing and you can download free movie trailers, rent movies, buy games, etc... I set my router to using 1 channel instead of auto and chose one that my neighbors were not using, after doing that my connection has never dropped during a game. Those who blame the adapter should stick their laptop next to it and see if its their weak router or the adapter. I bought a Linksys N router which continually dropped the connection because it could not reach far enough, soon as I switched back to my Zyxell MIMO G router it gets full reception, so even if you have a brand name router, your reach could still be poor.

Small, simple, but excellent!

Actually I don't play networked game so much, I use this thing mainly for receiving video streaming from my media center. It just works great! I like it.

I've used both the wireless network adapter as well as a hardwired adapter. I can see no difference in gaming.

THIS DEVICE IS NOT THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE YOUR XBOX WIRELESS! YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE THE DEVICES AT HOME!

Now before I begin I must say this is not for everyonebecause the equipment used is MORE expensive than the wireless adapter we are discussing. This article is for those that might already have the following equipment:

EITHER

1 Airport Express

1 Wireless Router (mines an Airport Extreme)

OR

2 Airport Express's

How to do it:

Simply take the free aiport express and plug into a wall socket. Then take the Xbox 360's ethernet cord and plug it into the free Airport Express's ethernet slot. (!NOTE! Your Airport Express must already be paired with an existing wirelss router or another Airport Express connected to the internet) With your Xbox connected to the Airport Express and the Express connected to the Extreme you can connect to the internet on your Xbox.

This is for the xbox 360 network adapter. I think that Amazon had it for $10 less than you would find it in stores and Amazon was fast in getting it to me. I always trust Amazon for getting what I need.

First off I live overseas (outside the US) and there was a glitch with the postal service in my area which for unknown reasons caused the shipment from Amazon to take almost two months to arrive. I thought the order may have gotten lost in the mail after a month an a half and when I reported this to amazon they were nice enough to send me a replacement. That customer service and good faith is why I use amazon for 99% of my online shopping.

As for the wireless adapter itself, I've had an XBox 360 for over a year now, but I hadn't played anything online until I got it. The wireless router works very well and was very simple to set up. I did have a little trouble getting it to cooperate with my router, but after manually entering the information in I works fine. In contrast I still haven't figured out why my Wii's built in wireless adapter won't work with my router. My only complaint with the router is the price, and that there aren't any alternatives, but in the end I think it's worth it.

I bought this because my modem was much to far away from my Xbox 360 to use a wired connection. So far, this product works great. While it is a little on the pricey side, it's well worth it in my opinion.
