Ordered this, and have used it at friend's many, many times; can anyone tell me whether it operates only on 110v or is it also 220v compatible? If anyone would be willing to look at it and comment, that would help me tremendously!
If you have an Xbox 360, and have wireless controllers, then the Quick Charge Kit will really impress you. First, it comes with another rechargable battery, so that's nice. Second, it allows you to charge the batteries without using your Xbox 360! I know many of the complaints about the first play-n-charge kit was that it used a controller port to charge! No more. This kit plugs into the wall and can charge 2 batteries at once. If you have not yet purchased a rechargable battery for the wireless controller, just get this kit which includes one battery. You will save tons on regular batteries, and it really is a great addition to the Xbox 360 family of products.
if you have an Xbox 360, this is a must have for your wireless controllers. I have 4 controllers and 5 batteries, I've never ever had to stop and charge them, plus having a spare on the charger helps if I ever do have a battery get low. The beauty of the system is it only takes 2 hours to charge, and you get 20 hours or so of play. This is a TON of time, if you need more, go see a head doctor *lol*
this works great. make sure u get the extra battery so that you always have that spare. A full charged battery lasts me about 15hrs. i use the vibration and a headset.
it's really very handy kit, and its come with extra battery so you dont need to buy another one more ever the price is good
This is a must have for 360 owners! Considering this is not a game I gave it a 3 for the fun factor but it charges very fast and I can play for weeks after just one 3 to 4 hour charge. Well worth the money!!
This item is a must have for the Xbox 360 gamer. You can charge two battery packs at the same time. You'll always have a couple charged up for when you have company come over to play games.
It's easy to use, and it's small enough to be out of the way. The battery just snaps into place, and the lights let you know if it's charging or fully charged. Even if you have a play and charge kit, this comes in handy.
It comes with one battery.
Batteries will charge in just a few hours.
Highly recommended.
yeah, i tried the rechargeable AA batteries, they are just slightly bigger than regular AA's and they get stuck very easily in the battery slots. and the play & charge kit sucks, it takes sooo long to charge the batteries, and if you hate all these cords like i do, the quick charge kit works much better and is the way to go. and you free up at least 1 more usb slot on your 360, to do whatever with. and besides, its just 30$ for a battery and the charger.
I got this for Christmas and have only had to use it once. It definitely gives my batteries a long lasting charge. It blinks red until it fully charges the battery, at which point it glows green. It takes about half a day to fully charge a completely drained battery so I recommend charging your batteries overnight when they are drained.
I bought this unit about a month ago and it's working like a champ. I am an avid gamer so keeping my batteries charged is mandatory. I usually throw the batteries on the charger at night so that by morning the batteries are fully charged. There is neat LED indicator on the front that's red when charging and green when finished. If you play games like me then buying this is a no brainer.
I got tired of messing with the Play & Charge Kit (should be the slow charge kit since it can take up to six hours to charge battery!) and went with this which charges a battery pack in two hours! It takes approximately four hours with two packs charging. Well worth the investment, and it comes with a white rechargeable battery pack!
My husband and I got hooked on The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion and play it constantly. I started bringing home bags full of batteries for our wireless controller. Finally I broke down and bought this quick charge kit and am still kicking myself for not doing it much sooner. I also purchased an extra battery (the charger only comes with one) so we always have a charged battery. If you have a wireless controller for your Xbox 360 and you play alot, this item is a MUST. It is well worth the money.
I like it alot and think its worth the money, around here the game systems get used a lot and we were really running through the batteries and I had bags of them sitting around to recycle, I cringe to think of what ends up in the landfill. I even use a solar panel to charge this, working for our family great.
This thing for me lasted over 20 hours plus its really great and doesn't lose its charge like the off brands I highly recommend this to anyone that uses 360 wireless
This charger does what its supposed to do. If you're an avid gamer, then this product is a must, but if you only play once in awhile, then stick with batteries. This charger charges your batteries quickly, and it charges two at a time. Its small and easy to carry around.
