I actually enjoyed this game more than the first modern warefare. The new story is great and it continues from where MW had left off. I dig the story because it takes war and brings it to our country and to our most "cherished" places. What really got me hooked is the online play. There are a bunch of new weapons and perks that can be used and unlocked, like ninja: makes you invisible to the heart beat sensor. You can call in a harrier, pavelow, and a C130 that you get to control. What I didn't like about it was a couple guns like the "old school" shot gun that has range like a sniper rifle. Leveling is quick and there are about 13 new maps to play on. Over all I dig this game.

I received the package it a great timely manor & it self is Awesome... and the game was ok but WAY to SHORT, I beat it in 5 hours, and wasn't happy and for the price of these games they should be longer game play... and they seem to be more about the online gaming?

This game is great, I just got it and the beginning is great! The goggles are sweet, they feel durable and look awesome, you can even switch the color tone from green and white to black and white. I tried this on live and now im addicted to it because it is that much fun. I would recommend this to any call of duty fan for sure. It was totally worth the money! GET IT!

The NVG's are really cool. They work and all, for some reason It runs out of battery's quickly. The focus is good, could be sharper and i really loose depth perception when wearing them.

Amazon shipped it quickly but the box was too big for the game.

fast paced, frenetic and balanced. The multiplayer mode is a great improvement on something I felt was already perfect. I dont know how they did it, but they did. The game has balance for those who are struggling in a match, giving perks to help their odds. More perks, weapons, maps... what else could you ask for?

The campaign game play is great by itself but the story falls apart toward the end. Still it is way better than average and does a good job of engaging the player throughout. Spec-Ops is another issue. I was really looking forward to this 2 player mode. I was hoping this would include a zombie mode or separate missions from the campaign but that is not the case. I hope DLC will add some variety and "out of the box" levels like the airplane hijacker scene at end of CoD 4. The multiplayer is awesome and an overall improvement (if possible) from previous CoD titles. But the inability to have party chat during certain match types is inexcusable, and one is left asking themselves, why? If I get party invites while playing I get booted from match and counts as a loss. I hope IW will patch this soon. I like the maps that shipped with the game except 1 or 2. Overall this is a great package well worth your time. I personally will be playing this almost exclusively till Gears of War 3.

It was delivered on time. The game is the funniest game, and it will keep you playing for countless hours. The night vision goggles worked better than i thought they would.

Game is exactly as expected -- excellent. The night vision scope to my surprise is at a pretty remarkable quality! I have seen goggles like these for well over 3 to 4x the cost of this pack and while I don't think this possibly has all the bells and whistles those do, it's really not that far off in build and functionality. I'm not surprised it sold out but being limited edition I think there's going to be quite a demand for these next month so i'm glad I got mine when I did.

i ordered this prestige edition for my son, i was worried when i ordered as we live in uk and was not sure if it would work on his XBox and i have never bought from america before but no one can get it in the uk, so took the gamble but must say it was worth it left america on the 10 here in england delivered on the 12 what more can i say. Onlt thing was i had to show my son the game as was worried when its his birthday it might not work, so cant get it back now only got the goggles hidding away. first class service from America, WILL BE BACK AGAIN

Overall, the game itself meets the hype. As difficult as that may seem, Modern Warfare 2 more than lives up to the heritage its prequels established in the past decade. Graphics and sounds are top notch, and as of the controls are unrivaled in the FPS arena.

The package really consists of two games: single player and multiplayer. The single player experience is fully of exciting sequences and will give the player all that they can handle and some. The single problem is that it is short and can be finished within a 10 hour period, easily.

The multiplayer is where the game truly shines. There is nothing else on the market that can compare in terms of variety of games offered, amount of players on at all times, depth of weapons and almost infinite amount of combinations and skills, etc.

As for the Prestige Edition over the others....it is up to you. I don't regret getting the NV goggles. They work, are fun to play with, and provide a sense of nostalgia for this big game release.

i bought this game for my son. While he was playing it, I walked by the tv and I thought he was watching a movie. The graphics are great. He enjoys it so much, my boyfriend went out and bought the same game. The night vision goggles are also cool. My boyfriend says the goggles that come with the game are much nicer, better than some goggles he bought a couple of years ago for a good friend.

First of all MW2 is one of the best designed games I have ever played. The multiplayer is amazing and has improved since call of duty 4. The campaign is really fun but the multiplayer is the main thing. The night vision goggles are really cool and you can see cleary and pretty far. The only bad thing is that you loose some depth perseption but whatever. Overall great game!
