Enjoyed this gun so much with the first one I bought a couple months ago that I just bought a second one for multi-player games. It's much better feeling than the zapper and the integration of the remote into the gun is better than the Perfect Shot.
While the wiimote or wand doesn't fit completely into the gun it's a great buy as dead space wouldn't work with the perfect shot but does with this. The perfect shot only allowed for the B trigger to be pulled whereas this has the
ability to press either A or B . B is still the gun trigger while A is on the back of the gun.
Out of the box A and B were reversed but there's a blue button under the gun where you plug in the numchuck that can be slid putting B on the trigger and A on the other button-personally i don't know why it wasn't set to that out of the box.
Unlike the perfect shot you need to remove the battery cover as this new gun becomes the cover-i would've liked to
simply put the whole remote in the gun like the perfect shot but again dead space won't work with the perfect shot
but will with this new gun-it supports their trans port tech allowing both A and B to be used without being pressed.
Also the gun extends so you can lay the wiimote on it then you need to push the gun back so the port on the wiimote
is connected to the gun port.
GREAT BUY.
These are AWESOME! Sure there are some bad reviews on these, but I think these people may have got the bad apples out the bunch. I love them, they were cheaper then the Nintendo brand, and they just feel better in my hand. The rubber grip, the buttons, the weight, it all just feels better then the Nintendo brand. Plus, the ones I got, came in a kit which had the gun accessory and protection guard. All this and it still was much cheaper then the Nintendo brand controller by itself. These are a GREAT. 5 stars from me!!!
I bought two of these Wii Wand Action Paks and I couldn't be more happy. The 'Pak' is really a gun attachment that comes with a complete Nyko (3rd party) Wii remote. The battery cover comes off of the remote and the remote snaps into the gun attachment and the rear connector slides into the back of the remote. There are two buttons on the gun; a trigger and a cocking mechanism. These two buttons electornically interface with the Wii remote and take the place the A and B buttons. There's also a switch on the bottom of the gun that let's you swap the A and B usage. After assembling and calibrating the Wii Wand Action Paks, they played like a dream. This is possibly the best single-handed gun solution for the Wii. I've tested them with Sega's House Of The Dead 2+3 and can safely say that it's now more comfortable to play, as opposed to using the Wii remote as a light gun on its own, or using cheap plastic attachments that make a gun out of the Wii remote and the Nunchuck. With everything included in this package, the price is actually very decent. The Nyko Wands can even be used as stand-alone Wii remotes. Also, the gun supports connecting the Wii Nunchuck.
