When we set up to play our new band hero game (Wii), my wife had one complaint: because you have to pinch the mic holder to open it and put the mic in, it takes two hands to put in and take out. She says she likes the kind where you can just align the wire and slide it in or whatever... but I like the clip - secure and easy to use (if you're willing to put the extra effort and use two hands!).

Great mic. I had a hard time figuring out how to keep the mic from sliding down to a shorter setting, I then realized that it was operator error. The lower screw has a stoppage pad that needs to be put in place. Once I figured that out, the stand worked as expected. The mic is clear enough and was that quality expected for the price. I do recommended this item.

I bought the mic stand so that I could simultaneously sing and play guitar at the same time. It works wonders. The stand has nice controller clips that hold your controller for you so that you want have to pick it up off a table or the floor between songs. Nice adjustable range on it and very sturdy. This is a great item to have. Holds the Mic, the control is held in place by a clip that is provided for all game consoles. I feel like a Rock Star. Love it...
