I know some of you guys out there think that MW2 might be the best game ever. The one thing that MW2 lacks is the Campagin, it has a good one ,but too short. Drake's will always keep you excited, and keep you wanting more. The online is the downfall of this game, good but not great. This is a game meant for the story mode. Game of the year maybe.

This is an unbelievable game. Seems complicated, but very easy to understand. Graphics are amazing and the story is classic. This is my first game on PS3 or any other gaming console in the last 5 years so I was not sure what to expect, but this game was simply beyond any expectations I could have.

Just a tip - If you get stuck in any stage, do a google search for uncharted 2 walkthroughs and you will find step by step instructions on how to get thru a stage. Its a fascinating story, worth every cent!!

I haven't had this much fun and entertainment from a video game in such a long time. This game is simply a PERFECT 10 in every way (graphics, story, controls, gameplay etc). Highly Recommended for all PS3 owners.

Quite simply, this game is impressive. It could be described either as a puzzle-solving/adventure game with shooting, or as an action game with plenty of puzzles to solve. I found myself continuing to play just to see how the story would unwind; the characters and plot have more depth than the last couple of Indiana Jones movies (I kept thinking what a great movie this would make as I was playing it). And I'm not a big online player, so I appreciated the fact that this game gives you about 12 to 15 hours of play in storyline mode. I'm now playing it for the third time, on the hardest mode (which is only harder because your character doesn't recover as quickly from injury during fighting; none of the puzzles you have to solve--whether aligning artifacts or finding a way to climb across open spaces--seems to get more difficult as you increase overall game difficulty). And I haven't even gotten started on the graphics or snow effects, which are amazing.

I played the first uncharted game(Drake's Fortune) and wasnt that impressed, especially the melee system. i read the spotlight in Game Informer and decided to buy the next one. i was BLOWN AWAY. this game is SO improved. it's suspenseful, graphically amazing as well as extreme improvements to the melee, AI, and Stealth systems. the multiplayer is not impressive, but the singleplayer and inclusion of trophies to contribute to unlockables adds lots of replay value. i have played through the story mode at least 4 times, but the space of difficulty between settings deters me from going past easy. the puzzles are much better, too. this is a must buy for PS3 owners. Naughty Dog made a new dedicated customer of me.

Uncharted 2 is the best looking game on any console and thats just the beginning. The single player campaign is amazing and deserves a play-through by all gamers. The story is as if it had been scripted straight out of hollywood and will keep you immersed for about 10 hours on your first play-through. The co-op multiplayer is fun and a great diversion in addition to the single player campaign. The competitive multiplayer is fast and fun with various match types to suit just about any player. This game should not be missed by any true gamer (sorry fanboys), if you own a PS3 then buy it, if you own a Xbox or Wii then pick up a PS3 with this game on Amazon.

This is overall a great game. The first one was great and I didn't think that the second game could top the first one. I was wrong. The single player is great. To fully enjoy the game, I suggest you play it on a HDTV. The graphics are amazing. The way the story is told is amazing. The fighting sequences are amazing and very balanced when it comes to difficulty(except the boss on the train, on crushing. This took forever to get past). The voice acting is superb and the writing is really funny, especially the end scene. Clowns...lol. Now the multi player, it's one of the best. Before this, my favorite multi player game was Halo 3. But this game has such an addictive multiplayer that includes team deathmatch, plunder, co-op objectives and my favorite survival(there are more modes that I can't remember right now). If you get the game, and I hope you do, then I strongly suggest you get a headset and start playing survival. Those games usually last about 25 minutes and they are the most fun, I have ever had. The only thing this game is missing is split screen. I really hope that's included in the 3rd game. Overall, I would say this is one of the best games released to date.

I've been extremely bored with games as of late. It seems like its the usual generic FPS coming out every month or another over hyped let down. (ahem ODST ahem)

Then along comes this beauty of a game. I dont believe ANY game is ever perfect but man, I don't think it gets any closer than this. Everything about this game is is ablast to experience.. the graphics are INSANE.. probably the best of any console game, or hell any PC game, to date. The gameplay can be a bit linear as their isn't any exploring and the platforming is limited to what the game wants you to climb on/navigate through. So its a pretty straight path.. but who cares when that path IS SO MUCH DAMN FUN TO FOLLOW?! The game also has something that most games don't have.. a really FUN story and very interesting characters.

Its not a hugely epic, over the top story but its evtremely well paced, has great characters as mentioned before, has a damn great soundtrack and dosen't have a lame "WTF" ending. Its length is around 11 hours or so which feels just right when you finish the game. Oh, the voice acting is also great and the game manages to be funny without being over the top stupid and pulling crappy, cheese fisted lame sayings or lines.

For those of you who enjoy online multiplayer, such as myself, you can rest assured because this game boast some of the best. This is THE best 3rd person action online shooter out there. Poeple thought Gears of War was great? HAH! Wait 'til you try this! I've only tried deathmatch and objective based games but everything i've played so far has been a blast. The combat seems to be balanced well. Their aren't alot of maps out of the box, but im sure this will be expanded on. Anyway, i'll be playing this and MW2 as my primary online shooters for many many months. Don't let the fact that this game dosen't carry the "Call of duty Halo Gears of War" name fool you, its better than Halo and Gears.. and right up there with COD.

In closing, this game is an ENTIRE package. It has everything a game should have, and hardly nothing that a game would be better without. Its really rare that I can sit down and play a game from start to finish without getting bored at some point. Not once did this happen with Uncharted 2. The best game since Metal Gear Solid. (I may be a bit biased on the MGS part as I have an extreme love for that series)

Well it's been a couple of years since Nathan Drake first visit the Playstation 3 and now he's back for his second adventure. So how's it fare compared to his first adventure? Quite amazing in my opinion. I have been reading the publication reviews and seen the critical acclaim for this game. Now I was a little skeptical it would be much better than the original since I believe that game was largely overlooked. This game really puts everything together that makes the Uncharted series one of the best in gaming. I want to give those who may be on the fence or have no idea about Uncharted 2 a little taste of what makes this game so great.

First off we have our hero and cover star Nathan Drake. What makes Nathan so great is that many people can relate to his unassuming ways. Although by some of the things he does he is an action star he still comes off as an ordinary guy. Back to the series is Nathan's long time friend Sully and also his slight romantic interest Elena. We also get new characters that are questionable friends of Nathan. To say the least the dialogue is what sets this game apart. From the first minute you get into this game you will begin to think you are watching a blockbuster movie. Although you are now the star.

In the first game Nathan was in search of the riches of his ancestor Sir Frances Drake. Now on his second adventure he is on a quest to find the lost treasures that Marco Polo was in search of. The game reminds me of National Treasure combined with Indiana Jones. Although I would tend to think that some of the acting and battle scenes are actually better in this game. What I love about Uncharted 2 is the blend of cut scenes and action. Nothing in this game gets overly tedious. There are no long cut scenes and the action is intense but not overly done. Then to top it off you get some wonderful puzzles that keep you thinking.

The quest will take you from a lush rainforest to a war torn Nepal and then up into the Himalayas. To say the least the environments are awe inspiring. The original game brought the PS3 graphics that hadn't been seen and now this game only improves the formula. Nothing is more beautiful than being up on top of a building in Nepal and viewing the Himalayas. Forget the vacation. The environments will put you there.

As far as the gameplay is concerned they have only improved what was already great. The cover system is excellent. Although sometimes it's a little tiring when your character stays in the cover position during a battle. The battle scenes are a lot of fun and can be challenging at times. The game is not about just plowing down all the enemies. Sometimes you have a dozen enemies firing at you from all different angles. That is where you need to use strategy. Even on normal play level you will probably find yourself dying during some intense battles. Although for those of you who enjoy punishment they have a hard setting and even hardcore. I do believe most of you will play this game more than once.

Uncharted 2 is what sets the PS3 apart. This is the game that sets the bar. Naughty Dog has really outdone themselves with an amazing adventure that should have every gamer giving it a try. There has not been one game that I would have said you must buy a PS3 for. That is until Uncharted 2. This game is by far one of the best adventure games not only this generation but ever. I would easily rate this as one of the five best games I have ever played. Also if you have not played the original Uncharted you owe it to yourself to play that game also. They are two of the best PS3 games available.
