To start off, I was looking for a blu ray player and finally decided a PS3 was the cheapest and best way to go. When I saw this deal on black friday, I decided I had to take advantage and buy myself a little christmas present. But, I would wait until christmas to open it because, it was after all a christmas present. It was a matter of minutes before I had it set up and was browsing the web, downloading demos, and streaming HD movies over my home network from my mac (I do love technology!). The PS3 has so many great features, from listening to music, watching slideshows of pictures or movies, video games, streaming rentals, wireless connection, wireless controllers..etc.
The only down side is that my system shipped with two versions of Killzone 2 instead of Killzone 2 and Infamous. I was planning on selling Killzone, I am not the biggest fan of FPS's... but now I have to wait and try and get Infamous. Grrr. Merry Christmas to me.

Love the new PS3 design. Takes up little room. Have already hooked up to internet and Netflix. Downloaded movies looked very good. PS3 plays DVD's and Blyray DVD as good if not better than the Blyray player that I have. The games that came with it are well rated games but not for me. my really likes Infamous. Great value for the price. Thanks Amazon! I knew that I could depend on amazon for a good deal on Black Friday.

PS3 slim with inFamous and Killzone 2. inFamous 2 is a GTA-styled game, but with better graphics,better gameplay (electric shock baby!!!),and twisted endings. Killzone 2 is considered as one of the best FPS this year and also one of the best PS3 exclusives. I know most people are currently playing MW2 (including me), but this game can't be missed by any FPS' fans. PS3 slim has almost similar features with the "phat" version, except Linux (That's all I can recalled). Still no backwards feature, so just get $99 PS2 if you want to play PS2 games. Although I believe that this can play PS1 games( not all, but some). I don't need to talk a lot about this bundle, since what included here are already known by most people. Go grab one, since there is no tax and you can get free shipping!!

2 Amazing games, not those 6 crapy games microsoft is offering with the xbox360. Dont get me wrong both consoles are good, but this deal just Rock really hard. Killzone is one of the most realistic games ever, fun, and of course jaw droping, infamous also incredibly fun and original from the creators of Sly Cooper, and $10 credit? c'mon, spend those $10 on uncharted which is on sale at $49.99, and it will be $39.99.
WOW.... I will do that... $339.98 For the Bundle and Uncharted 2!!!???? In other places I would pay that only for the console and taxes...

A new generation gaming console and the new generation video player (BluRay) in one package. Works great for me. After watching movies in BluRay DVDs, you really don't feel like watching standard DVDs. Better than the XBox 360 in terms of gaming graphics also. Good job Sony!

I think this bundle is about perfect. It needs a bluetooth headset to enjoy online gaming. The Xbox 360 packages do include a headset to make communicating online a breeze. The headset omission is very obvious to me. I know when I purchased my Xbox 360 bundle it included a media remote. This would have been a nice feature to include as well, but you can use the controller for a remote for Blu-ray and other media.
The interface is very home theaterish, and easy to use. More professional looking than the Xbox 360 dashboard... but both are equally easy to use. I do like the fact that you can swap hard drive sizes easily with the PS3... Xbox 360 has a proprietary form factor that doesn't officially allow hard drive size swapping. I have a 120 in this one, so it should do me fine... but if I wanted to I could put in a 1TB drive. Never would happen in an Xbox 360.
Graphics in games is very good in Infamous, and excellent in KillZone 2. Controls are nice. I'm more used to the Xbox 360 layout, but it is just a matter of getting used to it. The six-axis control is a nice addition as well in some games. Will be nice to be able to purchase Sony exclusives now. I'll still purchase the rest of my titles for the 360, give in has a better online experience.
I love being able to watch movies in blu-ray format on my huge Plasma. A nice plus to owning a Sony PS3.
I'd give this bundle a 4.5 out 5.

plays blu-ray and regular dvds without issue. like infamous but love killzone2. built well and small footprint makes me wonder how such a small console give so much. well done sony. now i need a 55" led tv to complete me.

If your reading this I have to ask this. Why? This is a win win situation. Two great games and a PS3. Buy this now before there gone. For all you parents out there both of these games are rated 9 out of 10 on most game sites so these arent just crappy bundle games that you tend to get with other bundles. BUY BUY BUY!!!!

The PS3 is great, and I haven't had many problems with it. At first my controllers would have to be resynced about every third time I turned on the console, but then Sony put out an update that fixed it, so that's not a problem. Having it WiFi enabled is a huge bonus, so I don't have to worry about what room I can play online in. Netflix works really well, and having BluRay is also a huge bonus. Great console with great games at a great price!

Love it, the PS3 is aswesome and the slim package makes it even better. My favorite feature would have to be the blue-ray player, excellent performance from it imo; and the system as a whole.
