The campaign is very short. Beat it in a couple of nights without problem.

The multi-player does not seem that different from the first aside from new maps and the kill streaks. However, I am a rather mediocre first-person-shooter player who rarely gets kill streaks in order to use the feature. So I am killed a lot! No knock on the game, just my skills!

Got this game on release day and I'm now a lvl 70 Commander. Have to say the the multiplayer which in my opinion is where the bulk of my score is. Lately thought there seems to be some rather annoying exploits that players are using. The semtex/javelin glitch and Care package glitch. [PS3 by the way]. I had to report a player the other night to Sony and that's the first time I have ever done something like that. Anyone running around with javelin launcher be aware that if you frag them they will explode which results in both of you dying. Even if you shoot them from a good distance. Patch should be out soon[PC is already patched] and things should be balanced I hope. Also, some weapons like the 1887 shotguns with akimbo are way overpowered combined with chopper gunner.

Spec ops is pretty good especially if you have a friend to play with. Single Player has its wow moments and its worth the ride just to see it through.

I would recommend this game to anyone who likes shooter games. I have been hooked on call of duty games for a couple of years now. The story is great and the online play is very addicting. Online play is the best part about the game.

The long development time shines through in this quality shooter. The graphics, sound, short load times, and everything else is superb. My favorite part of this game is actually the few opportunities to pilot a vehicle or man a helicopter mounted mini gun... I wish Infinity Ward would come out with a game just using vehicles. If you own only one 1st person shooter, make this the one. Word of warning though, not recommended for those 17 or under. The violence and other content is not for the faint.

If you are on edge about buying this game, do not think anymore just buy it, it is the best game I've ever played, the story is thrilling and the online is sick. I'd definitely recomend this game to anyone reading this

I'll try to keep it simple. The game is just awesome! Graphics, sounds, reality, emotion, action, movements, guns, everything is smooth in the game. Once you start playing it you just can't stop!

Really, if you're still thinking if you should get it, don't waist more time thinking and just go for it.

It will trap all your sense and you'll just want to keep playing it until you finish the game (what I already did :-D)

The single player is bad. A game of this magnitude NEEDS cutscenes and a real story, not a washed out lame loading screen that attempts to advance the plot. The story is barely even presented. It's super weak.

gameplay: it's COD and that's good, but single player still feels like duck hunt for the NES and multiplayer is still ZOMG drink 2 red bulls before I play! aaaaaaah!

It's a decent game, and arguably the best shooter on the ps3. However, it's not my type of game. (COD4 was... and this is def. just as good or better, but I'm played out on this style of game... sorry). Uncharted 1 to Uncharted 2 had a massive improvement on all levels, this just didn't provide that level of refinement.

I get a kick out of playing this game for an hour or two a week, but it doesn't compel me to keep playing non stop like COD4 did. Something is either missing, or is done to death and boring now... I'm not sure what it is.

I am not saying that you will get the same deal I did, but I pre-ordered it and Amazon gave me a free $20.00 off any video game related product from amazon.com. That helped me out, I got my brother a blu-ray PS3 remote, it turned out to be free, all I had to do was pay for shipping, now they also had an offer If you signed up fro an amazon service that was farley cheap they would have gave me free shipping, but to bad I don't have a job, I could not sign up for it, The first month was free. In conclusion, I always bought my video game products from Best Buy, but ever since amazon did this for me I will never buy from anyone else, only amazon. I hope you guys have the same positive experiences I've had.
