I can already say this game will win Game of the Year. This game has a lot to offer. There are plenty of new weapons new weapons, new modes (Spec Ops), and new forces, such as the Army Rangers, CIA, Navy Seals and Task Force 141. The online has a lot more weapon upgrades and perks than COD4MW and CODWAW.

From the beginning, this game is very intense to play. Some missions are truly different from any other from the Call of Duty series. The "No Russian" stage is highly intense. Warning! The stage may not be suitable for all viewers. I am not going to spoil it, though. I have only played a few stages. However, if you are a COD fan, this game is definitely worth buying. There is no question about it. I'll have more feedback in the future.

For diehard Modern Warfare fans, the Hardened Edition is worth owning. Players can download the full version of Call of Duty Classic. In addition, the artbook is cool, too. It shows art designs of the stages, character, weapon and vehicle descriptions.

Man this game is absolutely awesome, I truly see what all the big fuss is about. I have never played Call of Duty before but if those games in the past is 1/4 as good as this then they're great too. I'm not really into 1st person shooters but this is the best there is. The graphics are so realistic, it looks like you're playing a movie instead of a game the weapons, voice-overs and missions are immaculate. And the multi-player is absolutely perfect I can't find anything negative about this game. I was always taught if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all. But I have nothing but nice things to say. I can clearly see why this is the most anticipated game of the year. Alright. This is Modern Warfare 2. If you've played Call of Duty 4, you know how fun that game was. Up until Modern Warfare 2's release, it was the most played game on both Xbox Live and PSN. If that doesn't tell you something about how good it was, then go play it. You'll be amazed. Modern Warfare 2 is every bit as fun as its predecessor, and then some. What made COD4 so great was the multiplayer system that allowed players to rank up, unlock new weapons, complete challenges, and earn in-game rewards for killstreaks (UAV, air strikes, and helicopters). If you take that system, inject it with the most ridiculous steroid you can find, and then add even more to it (personalized titles/emblems), that's what MW2 is. There are more ranks, more challenges, more game modes, more killstreaks... more, more, more. On top of all that goodness, there's an epic Michael Bay-style campaign that will challenge you and keep you on the edge of your seat the whole way through. There's also a new Spec-Ops mode, where you and a friend (online or off) can play cooperatively to complete a mission (survive multiple waves of enemies, race snowmobiles through rough terrain swarming with enemies, or one of my personal favorites, a mission where one player is on the ground trying to make it to a destination through an impossible number of enemies, while the other is up in an AC-130 clearing the way) and earn stars. All in all, Modern Warfare is a fantastic game that will provide endless entertainment. If you haven't bought it already, do it, right now.

I can't get my boyfriend to stop playing this game. He has a bluetooth hookup and logs on online and plays with his friends. Definitely a great game and worth the money.

if this doesnt get game of the year no game should. this game is so beyong amazing reviews cant even explain how awesome it is. i played this game on my friends xbox 360 and we spent 3 days playing the special ops missions (the co-op missions) and we still didnt beat all of em. the graphics, i dont know how they do it, but are 2 times better than cod4. the storyline is as long as any call of duty game and if u focus on beating the game on veteran expect it to take a few months. the game does have one disturbing level tho. im not going to spoil it but i didnt like it to well until later in the level. but its ur option to skip this level. in my opinion, its a really really really great game. Call of duty is the leader in war games, demolishing medal of honor and brothers in arms. Maybe thats y call of duty has yet to make a bad game

i absolutely love this game, the graphics are awesome, the different challenges that just keep you going, it really is a great game. and the booklet that comes with this edition and the hardened cover are definitly wrth it!. i did find the story to be a bit too short but looking forward to next chapter of the game.

The greatest first person shooter ever created is Modern Warfare 2. It is simply amazing. There so much stuff packed in this disc. This game will keep you busy for a REALLY long time. The Hardened Edition is excellent. For a bit more you get a cool looking game box and an extra game, that's really awesome. For those of you that think this is just COD4 all over again, your wrong. Better story and better online multiplayer than any other FPS out there. So, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and buy and I'll see you online. Peace.............

This game is very great. It is a continence of call of duty 4 modern warfare. The game is a great game, but I find some things not so great. One of the levels on the game is kind of disturbing, you play as a CIA agent in disguise as a bad guy. The other bad guys and you go and kill a whole bunch of civilians. Also the game is to short, but as the multiplayer part and spec ops is good. It has a lot of action in it just like the first modern warfare. I would give the game 5 stars. It's just the disturbing level and a short game. I would recommend you should buy it.
