You don't have to be a clubbing expert to love this game - it's been easier to pick up for some of my friends who struggled with Guitar Hero, and it's a ton of fun once you get into it. Takes up a lot less space in your living room, too! The music is incredibly good, and there's a party-play mode where you can set it to just play the songs without you playing the game, which works really well. The mixes are really fun and well-executed, and you will feel extremely cool once you get the hang of the cross-fades. Great gift idea for kids (or "kids") of all ages.

This was purchased for my 10 year old son, he is still trying to figure it out, but he is having a fun time learning! The songs are great on the disk!

My son likes that you can play guitar and turntable at the same time-his favorite xmas gift!

Excellent game... you will not be able to put it down ever... easy for anyone to play but loads of fun for you and family.. and if you got a guitar hero both of you can play at the same time

I got this for my son and the only problem is that He can't play it becuase I am hooked! I love it and so does he and we had a great time playing it this Christmas. We had a blast. Get it.

I purchased this game after reading reviews stating that it would indeed train my sons for a profitable career in Disc Jockey services. They played for 6 weeks straight as instructed, 8 hours daily. They went to DJ internships and were baffled and left anxiety-ridden and emotionally drained after seeing multiple buttons, boards, slots and controls. DJ Hero is NOT accurate for career-training and my sons continue to live at home with me, eating my food and depleting my bank account. They have moved on to Rock Band and we are all hoping for a spot in the Top 10 on American Idol next season.
