This card is pretty simple to enter into either your computer [...] or over xbox live. A gold subscription gives you many added benefits over a silver including playing p2p over the xbox live tubes. There are a few games that use their own servers and do not require a gold membership to play however. Something to note if you only want to play your favorite game and it has a dedicated server.
So I know I'm kind of out of the loop so I figured I needed to buy an xBox 360 soon, so I did. A bunch of my friends are on it so obviously I needed to get the live account. I looked for a couple weeks to find a good deal on a 12 month account but they were upwards towards $50-65. Came to amazon to see what they had and they had a 12 month account for only $40, so I couldn't go wrong. Shipping was fast and easy, didn't get lost in the mail, and it's working just fine.
