I love working out with the trainers. Running and using the bike is my favorite. It gives a good workout
I was really impressed on on all the different excerices you can pick from, and the amount of time you want to do them. My daughter wanted this (12yrs old) its been a great way for her to get started in leaning different excerises to hopefully make this a life time commitment. We have enjoyed it as a family the time goes fast and fun for everyone.
