My son is 7 yrs old and he loves this game. It holds his attention and he really enjoy's another way to play with his bakugan. Personally, I feel the cards and crappy plastic balls are horribly over priced and break too easily, so I almost preffer the video game. I should note I am not big on video games; but, compared to the quality of the actual toy's, I think this is the better buy.

On to the game:
This game was a Christmas present for my 7(almost 8) year old daughter.
She was able to jump right in and start playing without any parental help. I sat behind her as she told me about the different characters and what they do.
This is a must have for your younger Bakugan lover.

My eight year old son love this game. He was a bit frustrated at first, but soon caught on and likes the challenge.
