Dante's Inferno (Playstation 3)

Come on EA! With a huge budget and great graphics, this game could have been so much better! The combat is easily the best part of the game...too bad you rarely get to kill stuff!!! Half the game you spend hopping around on platforms and solving idiotic puzzles. If I want to play with a puzzle I'll download a puzzle game...pushing blocks around and pulling levers is boring and time-wasting. Dying over and over because you jumped two seconds too early is also a game play mechanic back from 1993. If I wanted to play a boring platform/puzzle solving game I would go play the original Tomb Raider. DO NOT buy this game if you do not like sitting and pulling blocks around in order to solve poorly-conceived puzzles. Its definitely worth a rent for the combat, though. I love the cross-powers, its just a shame you rarely get to use them. The graphics are great as well, and the story is pretty interesting. I just wish developers would stop with the checkpoints already, especially on games like this where you fall to your death often.

the game is just awesome, this game has great graphics, and a very weird vision of dantes inferno from the creators, but i think the game becomes kinda boring after the circle of greed, all those penises and vaginas in the circle of lust, lol, weird, whats up with the creators with all those deformed vaginas hahaha, could have been much better after greed, but still a great game...

People can say all they want about it being like God of War, ya so what the fighting is but the story line is amazing if your into the whole heaven and hell thing and the graphics if you have an HD tv are amazing the depth and detail is awesome to see. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes a good story line and a lot of action and why is being like god of war a bad thing? People write stuff about it being like God of War like they created God of War and are offended.
