Fun strategy game. It might be a little complicated for younger kids, but my 8 1/2 year old understands it. Our whole family has joined in on the fun. To play multiplayer you each need your own game. Lots of fun.

When I first purchased this game I was unsure if my seven year-old would enjoy it. Little did I know that it would become one of his favorite games. There are many different levels where players can build their lands up in preparation for different 'enemy' attackers. The purpose of each land is to find certain artifacts or items and then defeat the opposing characters. This is a strategy game for kids, and adults. This game will require some basic reading skills, but nothing too intimidating. My son is a huge fan of Lego's and this game really is a great buy for those Lego fans of all ages.

Hello I'm an autistic adult gamer.
This is my review for Lego Battles for Nintendo DS.
Well the other reviewers are right this game is different from the other lego games it has tiny graphic's for the main game play & beatiful cutscenes. Lego put more work into the cutscenes & bonus features than the actual game play. The story's aren't to bad I like the kings story. I'm on kings story Act 2 in the game. The wizard & space story aren't really my cup of tea so my little cousin can play those two stories in the game. Overall lego battles is a pretty decent game but it remind's me alot of the playmobil series for the ds. Oh & the level's in lego battles ds are not real easy. I repeated a couple of level's over. & how can you tell when to save in this game or is it an automatic save? Good game but kind of hard.
Only difference playmobil had bigger graphic's for main game play plus more.
Happy Gaming everyone!
