Lots of variety, so no boredom. Letter recognition works very well, although it doesn't seem to like my number 8 when playing suduko. Overall very fun.

I love puzzles, and I love this game. It has a decent variety of puzzle types, and then tons and tons of each of those types. I've gone to bed around 1am the past several nights because I can't stop playing!

I have become addicted to playing this when I'm bored or tired. I love that there is a great variety of puzzles and that you have the option of doing them in order or jumping around.

Games included are Wordsearch, Fitword, Sudoku, Link-a-Pix, Crossword, Silhouette, Spot the Difference, and Code word. These can take a minute to 20 minutes plus for each puzzle. After completing each of these main puzzles, a second puzzle comes up, like Hangman, Equate, Jigsaw, Picture Quiz, Chain Letters, and Missing Piece. These each take mere moments to finish. Your progress is saved after completing every game.

You can complete all of one kind of puzzle or go in order in the mixed up but sequential pattern provided.

I personally love the Link-a-Pix and found them to be a quick fun challenge.

It will take a long time to get through all of the 1,000 plus puzzles.

The only thing that is a little annoying is the letter recognition seems to have a lag. I'm so used to typing quickly and this seems to take forever (when it is really only half a second...)

If you like the Puzzler books, you'll love this too.

I have about 10 puzzle games. This by far is the BEST ONE! The writing recognition is the SO great in this game. I haven't had any issues, especially with the learning you're writing option. The games are different and fun. Easy to learn.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you like puzzle games!

I'm in my late 50's and I like Puzzle Games and I get disappointed with a lot of them, but not this one. I own touchmasters, 50s classic games, jumble madness, puzzle collection, usa today puzzle craze, clubhouse games, you get the idea. This game has 8 main games: Word Search, Crossword, Sudoku,(the number game) fitword, one of my favorites, where you get the words and have to fit them into the puzzle, like a crossword. silhouette-is new to me, you make pictures by filling in blocks that are marked. codeword, you have to figure out what letter goes with what number to make a word . link-a-pix took a couple tries to figure out but it is fun you have numbers that you connect to each other to form a picture, have to be same color could go right or left, up or down, squiggle . i find it relaxing. When you finish these games then you get to pick a prize box that has tokens that allow hints. then there dare mini games: equate- a math game, hangman-love it, jigsaw, picture quiz- a memory game, chain letter- 6 letters to spell a word, missing piece- this for me is hard you have a picture and a piece is missing and they show you 6 pieces and you have to pick the one that fits. they get harder as you go along and you can replay to improve your time. Overall I found this to be a great game one of the best puzzle games out there.

This is quite a large game and I have spent hours neglecting my family just to play! My 8 year old son loves the Word Searches and Silhouette and Spot the Difference and my 5 year can play, too! Sodoku is a bit hard for me but there are plenty of hint coins available to help me "cheat". Highly recommended for all ages!

I purchased this in December and haven't stopped playing it yet. Everytime I have a few minutes I can work some kind of puzzle. It is worth every penny I paid.

This has easily become my favorite DS game and my other ones have been shelved since I got this one. I can't recommend this one enough if you enjoy puzzles. It has the perfect mix of them at varying levels of difficulty. I love that you can pick between challenge mode and quick play. The graphics on it are fun. The only puzzle on it that I'm not a fan of is the link-a-pix and maybe that's because I just don't understand how to play it. I've been too into the other puzzles to take the time to read the instructions on it to learn how to play it.

I like this game so much that I've wanted to buy a ds system for certain friends just so they can play this game. Unfortunately my budget doesn't fit that desire but they can create a profile on mine and use it anytime they want (provided they can peel my hands from it first).

I love this game. As you have read there are a lot of different puzzle types. so far, they are very easy for me, but I don't mind that. I like to relax and just play a few while I watch TV. I read that they will get harder and I look forward to that as well, for the times when I want more of a challenge. The variety of games is good. I wish there had been an anagrams game besides the chain one which is too short and simple. The game is user friendly, as well. If you love puzzles games, you will love this. I wish more puzzle games like were being made.

Puzzler is a great game for those who enjoy number and word puzzles. The game has a combination of word and number games. One of the games you play is link a pic. What you need to do is draw a line with your stylus from one number to the other on a grid. Say you have a red 6, you need to draw a line that is 6 spaces to another red 6. You do this throughout the grid to creat a colorful picture. It gets a little challenging later on because some numbers may be the same color and distance but not the right connections. Once you complete a puzzle you will get a to tap a present to get coins or the letters P U Z Z L E R. Once the word is spelled out you get a bonus. After each puzzle that you are working on you will also get a bonus puzzle like hangman, or chain letter, and then again after completing the bonus puzzle you will get to pick another present. This game is fun because unlike other puzzle games this one gives you a variety. So one minute you could be playing crosswords, and then later be playing word search. But its your choice. You do not need to unlock any puzzles. You can choose which ever puzzle you want. And if there is a game like crosswords that you do not like. You dont have to ever play them. Just tap on a different game and it doesnt effect the game play. You just wont get the coins for the games you do not complete. As far as challenging on a score of 1-10, I would give it an 8. Becaue some of the puzzles may only take you a few minutes, and some may take longer. It all depends on your thought process. My 9 year old neice enjoyed playing this game. On some of the puzzles she couldnt really grasp what needed to be done. But if she couldnt understand it, there were alot of other puzzles that she could play like spot the difference. In spot the difference the player needs to find 10 inconsistancies with the two pictures shown. And then once that is done the bonus puzzle is a 3 question quiz on the picture you were just looking at. This is my first review so I hope it is helpful.

Absoutely great game. A puzzle lovers dream. Bought the game for myself and everybody that has tried it loves it. Much better than the original "Puzzler Collection." Be careful once you start playing you may not put it down.
